Non-flush mountable capacitive proximity switches from RECHNER Sensors
The non-flush mountable sensors are designed for applications, in which the medium to be monitored comes in direct contact with the sensor. In such level monitoring systems, the sensor head is completely immersed in the powder, granulate or liquid.

Operating instructions for flush mountable capacitive proximity switches from RECHNER Sensors
Flush mountable sensors are particularly suitable for detecting solid objects without direct contact and for sensing liquid or solid levels through non-metals partitions. Application examples: The sensors are used to detect objects, for counting functions and for all types of level monitoring applications (liquid and solid materials).

Adjustment of flush mountable capacitive proximity switches - bypass pipe application
This video shows the correct way to adjust the sensitivity for Rechner's flush mountable capacitive proximity sensors for level control of a liquid in a bypass pipe. Flush mountable sensors are particularly suitable for detecting solid objects without direct contact and for sensing liquid or solid levels through non-metallic walls.

Adjustment of flush mountable capacitive proximity sensors - objects on conveyor belt
This video show the sensitivity adjustment of Rechner's flush mountable capacitive sensors. As typical example you see the position control of medicine packages on a conveyor belt. The first sensor detects the existence of the empty medicine package and the second sensor controls if the tablets are inside. Empty packages will be separated. Flush mountable sensors are particularly suitable for detecting solid objects without direct contact and for sensing liquid or solid levels through non-metallic walls.
