ATEX zone 20 - Capacitive PerLevel Level Probe 2 switching points with just one probe!
Rechner Sensors capacitive filling level probes are now available for ATEX zone 20, where there is a danger of dust explosion when working with products such as flour. The medium contacting part of the probe has a PTFE body and the connection head is made of food grade stainless steel. Typical applications for these probes are for level control in the food or pharmaceutical industry. The probe length (from 100 mm up to 2 m) and the position of the switching points are flexible and thus optimised for the client's application.

Capacitive Sensor for level monitoring of conductive products
Level control of extremely conductive media is a recognised problem for a good many users. Products that may appear to be non-adhesive can often leave an almost invisible but highly conductive film on the sensor body, making level monitoring extremely difficult.

Green for go
Sensing distance indication (Si) is a new option available with the capacitive High Performance Sensors from Rechner. In addition to the green-yellow LED, which as usual shows power-on and operation state, there is a further green-yellow-red LED, which provides the user with information about the adjusted sensitivity or sensing distance.
